At LYNARI, we want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Trying on items for fit and appearance is allowed
  • Items must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.


How to Start a Return

Please contact LYNARI customer support at contact@lynari.co before returning any item.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, LYNARI will provide you with detailed return instructions and, if applicable, a return address.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact LYNARI within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, LYNARI will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Items returned after the 30-day return period

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
